Full Hearts, Full Theaters — Even Fandango Agrees

Oh, oh, oh my word!! Revive Us 2016 last Tuesday night was beyond words!! I thought the family gathering would be inspiring — and it sure was. But, it was far more than inspiring… it was powerful and empowering! 1,000 theaters full of people gathered as the family of God, seeking revival for ourselves and hope for our nation.

We broadcasted live from Harvest Cathedral in Chicago and you could just feel the Spirit of God in that place. God gave Kirk Cameron a big beautiful vision to remind us as the people of God of who we are and Who we trust. I loved how God wove together one message through every speaker — our trust is in God and He is sovereign over the nations — this nation. Thank You, Lord!

So, you’ve probably heard the buzz about this and if you missed it on Tuesday, fret not!!

Sharing Laughs and Faith with Kathie Lee and Hoda on NBC’s “TODAY”

Oh my goodness! My heart is full and over the moon with gratefulness from being with Kathie Lee and Hoda on the “Today” show this week. It was amazing! Was I really on TV or just chatting with new friends?!? They were so sweet and gracious. Thankful. If you missed it on Wednesday, you can watch it here, sweet sisters!

Here’s the back story: Years ago, my mom taught me a way to put on my own make-up. You know, when you can’t see your face, it’s a bit challenging (not to mention scary and dangerous) to apply make-up!  But, the system she taught me when I was 15 is the same system I use today… at age 50!

The system works flawlessly most of the time. It is so reliable, but unfortunately, I am not!

I got things a little mixed up one day and the result was not so pretty! Wanna hear about it? Hopefully, my little incident will make you feel a whole lot better about yourself!
