Caffeine In the Water — FGF Highlights, Redding, CA

If I could sum up our last weekend of Fresh Grounded Faith for this Spring in one word, it would be ENERGY. Those Redding ladies were awesome, and I couldn’t ask for a better way to end this season. They were so creative! Each group wore something different to indicate who they were — the greeters wore pretty teal scarves, and the hostesses and drivers wore blinged out FGF baseball caps, etc. So fun!


 I’m always so happy when Meredith Andrews joins us to lead worship, and it’s extra special when her husband, Jacob is able to travel with her. He plays the keyboard and sings backup for her, and they are just an amazing team.

Karen Abercrombie was back with us again too, and brought down the house with her Rahab monologue. And when she did her War Room prayer… wow. We were all up on our feet! Big, huge thank you to both of you ladies for all you have done this year to make FGF extra special.

We are celebrating along with the 59 women who made decisions for Christ last weekend! And thanks to these sweet ladies’ generous hearts, 50 children are freed from poverty in Jesus’ name through Compassion International. Thank you, Lord! And thank you to each of the 1159 women who chose to spend their weekend with us. You blessed me!
