How can I order by mail or fax?
To order by mail including checks / money orders, continue with the online checkout process as if you were paying with a credit card. You will be asked to select a payment method and an invoice / order form with your items will be generated for you to print and send to us. This invoice MUST arrive with your payment, otherwise we cannot package your order.
To order by fax, follow the same steps above, print the invoice and you can fax a credit card order to a safe & secure fax.
Can I order by phone?
Because of increasing concerns over identity theft and credit card fraud, we do not encourage phone orders.
What if I entered by shipping/billing address incorrectly?
If your shipping or billing information was entered incorrectly, please contact us as soon as possible. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.
What if I have a question about my order or product I'm wanting to order ?

The item I want is not listed in your product catalog. Can I still order it?
All items that are available, and still in stock are listed in the web shop.
You don't seem to have what I'm looking for. Can you get it for me?
Generally, if it is not listed, it is no longer available and we cannot obtain it for re-sale.
