I don't remember my account user name and password. What should I do?
From the Navigation column at the bottom of the store home page, click “Log In/My Account”. Click “Lost your password?” in red and enter your username or email address. You will receive a link to create a new password via email.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard and Discover and any debit card with a Visa or Mastercard Symbol.

You can also choose to pay by check.  Make check payable to Jennifer Rothschild Ministries. Mail check (include a copy of your receipt or order #) to:  Attention JR Store, Jennifer Rothschild Ministries, 4319 S National Ave., Suite 303, Springfield, MO 65810. Your order will ship once payment is received.


Where do I get/find a coupon code?
Discount coupon codes are occasionally sent out through our email newsletter Java with Jennifer.  Be sure to sign-up to get these updates.

The coupon code is entered at checkout. If the code hasn’t expired and is valid within the items in your cart, the subtotal will be adjusted accordingly.

Discounts do not apply to shipping or tax (MO).  Many codes are only valid for one time use.  Each code has its own unique conditions and is applicable to different groups of items, but there are select items that are excluded from every generic coupon code. Unless specified otherwise, here is a list of items not compatible with coupon codes:






How do I redeem a coupon code?
Enter coupon code in the purple “Apply coupon” box during checkout.


How do I redeem an online store gift card?
Enter the code you received via email in the purple “Apply Gift card” box during checkout.


I just placed my order. When will it ship?
Orders go out the same day if received before 2:00 pm CST. Allow 7-10 business days for Regular USPS National, 3-4 business days for Priority Ground National, 2-3 business days for Priority Ground RUSH.

When your order ships, you will receive a notification with a tracking number to track the status of your package. Be sure to check your junk/spam folder if you don’t receive it.

Please note that we ship Monday-Friday, and do not count weekends or US  holidays as business days.

We ship within the United States and Canada.  Shipping to AK and HI may take up to 14 days from order date when regular shipping option is chosen.

How are shipping/process fees calculated?
Shipping rates are based on the weight of each item. These charges will vary depending on type of shipping chosen.
Do you ship internationally?
We only ship to Canada. To check shipping rates there, proceed to checkout and enter your shipping address. Please call our office at 417-888-2067 is you need assistance.


How can I access my order history?
You must create an account during checkout in order to view your order history.

To create an account, go to the Navigation column at the bottom of the store home page, click “Log In/My Account”.  Enter your email address and create a password to register and click “register”. 


What is Jennifer Rothschild Ministries' return policy?
If you are not completely satisfied with Jennifer’s resources, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be in resale condition–unworn and in the state you received them. Returned book materials must have no writings or marks in or out, no scratches on outer covers, no broken bindings, and corners of book covers are not turned up, creased, or torn).

All returns must receive a Return Authorization Number. Call our offices at 417-888-2067 for assistance.

Fresh Grounded Faith Tickets and Sale Merchandise are not returnable.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

After receiving a Return Authorization Number, please place a copy of your email receipt along with item(s) and mail to: Attention Returns, Jennifer Rothschild Ministries, 4319 S. National Ave., Suite 303, Springfield, MO 65810.

It may take 4-5 business days for your return to reach our offices. Once it’s received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment or refunded by check. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for your credit to post to your account. Are event tickets refundable?
Fresh Grounded Faith Event Tickets are non-refundable, but completely transferable.
