We just got home from the Hope of Heaven Tour, and we’re still singing the blues. But that doesn’t mean we’re sad. It means we’re about as happy as we can be.
Why? Because “singing the blues” has a whole new meaning in light of eternity! On this tour, it means we celebrated Heaven together, and it was beautiful!
I hope you’re still singing those blues too—smelling that blue flower and remembering that your Father’s house, Heaven, is very near. Jesus is with you, my friend, and HE is the true hope of Heaven.
We shared so many sweet moments as we traveled down the East Coast through Virginia and North Carolina, but meeting you was definitely the highlight! Thank you for sharing your stories with me and strengthening my faith with your encouragement.
Kelly Minter’s message about not worrying and living as Kingdom citizens because Heaven is now is still guiding my thoughts and challenging me to walk by faith. I’m so grateful for how Kelly recentered our hearts, and her worship was such a gift, wasn’t it?
I also loved the joy Courtney brought with those giveaways! And when Nora talked about bringing Heaven to earth through Compassion Nurturers, oh—I felt the Spirit move. What a beautiful way to be the hands and feet of Jesus through Compassion International.
A huge thanks to all the local coordinators who made each night of this tour possible. Michelle, Jessica, Morgan, and Laura—I’m talking to you, sisters, as well as the many volunteers who worked alongside you. Thank you for your hearts of service that helped minister to so many women!
And a big shout-out to my Dr. Phil! He’s such an important part of all of this, and I know you loved him too. 😉
My heart is full, my friend, and I cherish the time we spent together. Thank you for being part of the Hope of Heaven tour, and may you keep “singing the blues” from now until we step into the forever story of our lives.
