Walking by Faith: Lessons Learned in the Dark contrasts the evidences of walking by faith and walking by sight and encourages participants to take risks, give God control, persevere through hardship, receive God’s gifts, be guided by the Truth rather than feelings, and seek God.
Jennifer Rothschild knows how not everyone sees 20/20. Although Jennifer is physically blind, God has taught her to see that living a life based on faith rather than sight requires us to look at our situations through a lens that filters out what is seen and, instead, focuses on what is unseen — those things that are eternal.

My small group started your Walking by Faith study. I just wanted to share how much your words and wisdom have sustained me and taught me to look for God’s purpose throughout frightening times. I am confident that even when it’s not well with my circumstances, it can be well with my soul.

I did this bible study many years ago when my children were little and I was coming back in my walk with the Lord. It grew me in leaps and bounds. I have since passed on my book to a friend to strengthen her faith. But I am revisiting my bible study notes to strengthen my faith as I allow my teen girls to stretch their wings before releasing them out on their own! Such a tough time, but probably more so because I see the way the world pulls at our young people and how many we have seen pulled into the darkness. Nobody wants that for their child! So I am NOT walking by site and what I see the world doing, BUT GOD! He is the Almighty God, stronger and mightier and we have our full armor of God strapped on. We will fight for our children! Thank you for these great faith strengthening exercises!
