I’m aging, but I’m still hot! It just comes in flashes now! Can you relate?! I welcomed our first cold snap this week because I finally feel like I won’t melt. It’s about 50 degrees outside and my heat is off and fan is on. I just must share…I am so, so happy! Ha!

I am now convinced that it is not the strongest of the species that survive, nor the most intelligent, but the one most able to manage hot flashes during Menopause!
